I know what you all are thinking - it's about time you write your own blog instead of just having your guests write them for you! But what to write about?!
Last weekend, we had a pretty good weekend though. Saturday night we met up with one of my co-workers Kerry and her husband Dan and went out to eat at Cafe Pacifico, one of the best Mexican restaurants in London. Of course it was packed with about an hour and a half wait so we headed to a nearby pub for a quick drink and then back to the restaurant to wait our turn. It was well worth the wait though! Pat and I shared chicken fajitas and they had amazing raspberry mojitos.
Earlier on Saturday, we had taken Lady for a walk and on our way out of the building we ran into our lower ground floor neighbors who we have been meaning to meet! We decided to go to lunch on Sunday and since they have lived in London longer then we have, we went to a local pub, Winsor Castle, that they loved. The Sunday Roasts are phenomal at the pubs here and this was no exception! The pub was pretty cool too! There was 3 seperate rooms which, back in the day, were for the separate classes of patrons.
We had a good time meeting our neighbors, Bobby and Erin. They are from Houston, Texas and have lived here for the last three years. They also have a dog, Jackson, who is a lively pup! Jackson and Lady met and got to play in our back garden and we're looking forward to hanging out with them again!
That's our life lately in a nut shell! We don't have many trips planned since it's chilly and work will be a bit busier for me then the last few months but hopefully we'll find things to write about! Any suggestions would be welcomed though!

wow...listen to the trash talking! haha Have you adjusted your lives to having Lady around? I still look for her when I use the ice maker here. I think Obie likes having the house to himself now though...he's taken over for Lady with peeing on the floor downstairs though!!! grr...dogs! anyway, sounds like you are making some nice friends, that makes being in a foreign/different place so much nicer!
